Climate activists will protest across Germany, March 3. Increased security, likely localized disruptions.

Environmental activist groups including Fridays for Future plan around 250 protests nationwide, March 3. The groups are calling for increased climate justice and further progress towards climate goals, under the campaign "Klima-Streik". The most significant events are likely to be:

  • Berlin: Invalidenpark at 12:00

  • Dortmund: Friedensplatz at 12:00

  • Frankfurt: Alte Oper at 12:00

  • Hamburg: Jungfernstieg at 13:00

  • Munich: Odeonsplatz at 12:00.

Attendance will vary by location, however the larger events are likely to attract thousands of protesters.
